You may remember Erik Charles as the man who brought you "The Search For the Southern Tier's Best Rock Band" earlier in 2003 - yeah, that event that EVERYONE in Greater Binghamton was at. Well, Erik is a young professional himself, and has a great knack for finding and knowing about great local talent - and we're happy to have him providing us with a great acoustic singer-songwriter: Jared Campbell.

If you have not heard the sounds of this amazing young man, you should stop by, sit back, and relax. Jared plays favorities ranging from the Beatles to U2 and Billy Joel to John Mayer. He has developed a very loyal following and many fans since breaking into the local music scene earlier this year. You have probably heard his sounds at Uncle Tony's "Fat Friday's on the Patio" and at the STYP Thursday Get Out in July.

Jared will be playing at the STYP Summer Barecue throughout the day. Look for him under the big pavillion next to the river. Then, pull up a chair and enjoy.
